Pipe Down Plumbing collects your name, phone number, email address (where given), suburb and a description of the job when you submit a quote request. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that relationship.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required to perform the service (for example, sending email notifications via Resend). Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
