Terms of Trade

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered on site. We will notify you before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope.

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. A 10% late payment fee applies to invoices outstanding beyond 30 days.

All workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to you. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed; we carry full public liability insurance.
